How to Leave a Review on a Shopify App: Quick Guide

Supporting the developers of your favorite apps (or leaving constructive feedback) is vital for the Shopify ecosystem. In this guide, we show you in less than 1 minute where to find the hidden option to leave your rating.
Where do you leave app reviews on Shopify?
To leave a review, you need to navigate within your Shopify panel to Settings > Apps and sales channels. When you click on the name of the specific app you want to rate, you'll find a link or button called "Write review" at the top of the details page.
1 Go to Settings
Enter your store's admin panel and click the Settings button located in the lower left corner of the screen.
2 Go to "Apps and sales channels"
In the settings sidebar menu, select the "Apps and sales channels" option. Here you'll see a list of all the tools installed in your store.
💡 Tip: You can also use the top search bar by typing the app name directly.
3 Select the App and Write Your Review
Click on the name of the application you want to rate (for example, Spark WhatsApp Button). The app details page will open. In the upper right area, next to the "Open app" button, you'll see three dots or directly the "Write review" option.
