How to Edit Omnisend Forms in Shopify: Quick Guide

Having an outdated form can cost you sales. Many users install Omnisend but then don't know how to get back in to change a text, a color, or remove that "10% discount" promise they no longer want to offer.

Step by Step: Modifying the Design
1 Log into Omnisend
Don't look for the password. From your Shopify dashboard, go to the Apps section in the left sidebar and click on Omnisend. This will automatically log you into your linked account.
2 Forms Panel
In the Omnisend top menu, select the Forms tab. You'll see a list of all your popups and forms.
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the form that's currently active (usually says "Enabled").
3 Visual Editing
The editor is very intuitive:
- To change text: Click directly on the text in the preview and type.
- For colors: Click on the background (outside the form) to see "Layout" and "Colors" options in the right bar.
- Buttons: Button styles are configured globally in the design tab, not individually.
Pro Tip: Enable the "App Embed"
If you save changes in Omnisend but the form doesn't appear on your site, it's because a step is missing. Go to Shopify > Online Store > Customize > Theme Settings (gear icon) > App Embeds and make sure the Omnisend toggle is ON (blue).

Legal Consent
Add a GDPR/Privacy checkbox by dragging the "Legal Consent" element from the side menu.
